The Head of Marketing at Redsquid will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational vision and business goals. This individual will oversee all marketing activities, from brand management and digital campaigns to product launches and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and adept at leading high-performing teams to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop, articulate, and execute a long-term marketing strategy that enhances Redsquid's brand equity, supports business growth, and positions the company as a market leader.
Brand Management: Oversee the evolution and consistency of the Redsquid brand across all touchpoints. Ensure all marketing communications embody our values and value proposition.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous development. Set objectives and provide regular feedback to maximize performance and engagement.
Integrated Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media channels to generate leads, engage customers, and reinforce Redsquid's brand identity.
Product Marketing: Work closely with Product and Sales teams to understand and communicate the unique selling points of Redsquid's offerings. Guide go-to-market strategies, product launches, and ongoing product positioning.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content development to increase online presence and customer acquisition.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content that informs, educates, and excites target audiences.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI on all initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technology and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and seamless execution of initiatives.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, webinars, community events and corporate functions to elevate Redsquid's profile and foster business relationships.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, and report on marketing performance to the executive team. Continuously refine tactics to improve outcomes.
Customer Advocacy: Develop and nurture customer reference programs, testimonials, and case studies that showcase Redsquid's impact and build brand credibility.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or communications sector.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire marketing teams of varied disciplines and backgrounds.
Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of crafting and implementing large-scale, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business results.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools and interpreting data to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the expertise to deliver impactful presentations and produce compelling content.
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of modern digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEM, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
