The Exciting Role
The College Group is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our expanding Marketing and Communications Team. This role will be predominantly based at Lancashire Adult Learning however flexibility is required in this role as the successful candidate will also be required to travel across any of the College campuses (Nelson and Colne College and Accrington and Rossendale College).
What You Will Be Doing:
Developing and delivering a marketing strategy and operational plan for each area of the Group to support learner attraction, recruitment and retention
Overseeing the marketing service ensuring all marketing activity, campaigns and collateral are based on thorough research and deliver strong ROI
Providing strategic and operational marketing and communications advice to curriculum leads and senior management to support delivery of key business priorities
Deputise for the Marketing Director as required
Producing regular competitor analysis and performance reporting, demonstrating the impact and ROI on all marketing activity
Delivering creative, impactful and innovative marketing services to support business priorities
Managing the marketing operational budget
Acting as brand guardian ensuring all communication, collateral and activity is on message and on brand
Line-managing, developing and delivering personal development plans for the marketing team
What We Are Looking For:
Degree Level Qualification in a relevant field
o CIM qualification o Experience leading a team
Experience developing, measuring and reporting on KPIs
Highly creative with a proven track record of innovation
