Head of Marketing Services

to drive our internal and client-facing marketing to new heights.

You'll lead a talented team, collaborate across departments, and work closely with the board to help achieve our ambitious growth goals.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, generate leads, and deliver exceptional ROI.

What You'll Do

Orchestrate our various departments in executing effective marketing campaigns for our clients. Lead marketing services for both Root Fifty-Two and our diverse client base. Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and integrated marketing campaigns. Develop and implement SEO, content, and paid media strategies. Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and budget management. Drive innovation across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. Collaborate with Creative, Development, and Sales teams to align marketing with business goals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture throughout the team. Represent the agency at industry events and thought leadership forums.

What You Bring

7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting. Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Deep expertise in integrated marketing including: SEO, PPC, paid social, and analytics tools.
