Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to take the lead on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and client retention.

Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to enhance their marketing capability as they enter the next phase of our ambitious growth plan. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the business\'s marketing strategy and actively involved in putting it into practise, while collaborating with and advising the Directors. You will take the lead in raising brand recognition and producing high-quality leads. You will instil a marketing attitude in our company along with the drive to constantly innovate our strategy.

SALARY: \xc2\xa360,000 - \xc2\xa375,000 (potential to flex slightly upwards for the ideal candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan for generating high-quality leads for the company through a variety of channels.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, increase the effectiveness of expenditures, and continually assess ROI. This will involve choosing and controlling outside vendors.
  • Act as the internal marketing expert, advising and influencing business stakeholders to optimise the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Assist the managing director in defining and building the corporate brand. Create a plan for successfully introducing the brand to our target markets, which include prospects, partners, and employees.
  • Establishing a marketing technology plan to assist with marketing operations and activities.
  • Increase consumer awareness of the brand and the company while guaranteeing consistency across all media.
  • Responsibility for the company\'s social media strategy and the distribution of thought-provoking material across all platforms.
  • Responsibility for creating timely and original content that may be shared on social media or used in email correspondence with clients (past and present).
  • Manage the brand marketing operations and deliver ownership. This will involve creating and planning events, including going to conferences, as well as marketing using social media, email outreach, and other means.
  • Manage and improve your online and digital presence, which includes social media management, website content management, search engine optimisation, and monitoring using Google Analytics data.
  • Explore and quickly create media collaborations while enhancing current connections to promote content.
  • Design clever, focused marketing strategies to promote the company\'s value propositions and offers in order to generate marketing qualified leads and revenue. Develop communication plans based on information and news from the internal and external markets.
  • Run and deploy marketing initiatives that highlight the value claims. This will entail creating and setting up actual events like round tables with customers as well as advertising through social media, email outreach, and other means.
  • Finish campaigns on schedule and within budget. Keep track of and report on lead generation, utilising the information to improve the strategy for subsequent campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of case studies, thought leadership, and blogs, including the selection of topics, writing, editing, and publishing.
  • Promote the efficient management of the sales pipeline with their CRM.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent. MBA or advanced degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience working in a marketing manager role in a professional services company is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of creating marketing campaigns to generate leads for businesses.
  • Upkeep of website content
  • Organising and running events like round tables, seminars, and webinars.
  • Organising and managing events (both self-organized and participation in industry events).
  • Collaborating with talented designers to create graphics, videos, etc. of the highest calibre.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
