Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of the full marketing mix, covering CRM, PRM, digital channels, website optimisation, public relations, events, internal communications, and both retailer and broker marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and market growth through a performance-focused, insight-led approach.

The main responsibilities include:



Strategic Leadership



Set and deliver the local marketing strategy in line with business objectives and global brand direction, to secure incremental sales in the following markets: dealer network, broker, public sector, large corporate extending to international tenders and SME. Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure alignment across initiatives and uphold brand consistency.

Team Leadership & Development



Manage and develop a team of 4 marketing professionals, creating a high-performance culture focused on ownership, innovation, and results, to effectively deliver department KPIs and the responsibilities within their roles to a high standard of quality. Manage staff performance to include carrying out annual appraisals, identifying and implementing staff training and effectively dealing with personnel circumstances. Provide ongoing coaching and support, identifying growth opportunities and succession planning.

Marketing Execution & Channel Management



Oversee execution across all marketing channels, including CRM, PRM, digital (SEO, paid media, social), website content and optimisation, events, internal communications, and PR. Responsible for the communication and PR output of Leasys at both a national and local level to ensure a consistent image of Leasys in all media within the UK whilst ensuring compliance and GDPR regulations are met. Lead the creation and delivery of integrated campaigns (including product and services launches) that drive measurable results across customer acquisition and retention.

Agency & Budget Management



Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery excellence, brand alignment, and cost efficiency. Own and control the marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised for ROI and aligned with strategic priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement



Act as the key marketing liaison with HQ, ensuring strategic and operational alignment. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure marketing supports cross-functional goals and customer needs. Build and manage strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing Teams of Stellantis brands to build cooperative and valued working methods to secure incremental funding opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Define, track, and analyse KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. Produce regular performance reports and strategic insights for local leadership and HQ stakeholders. Prepare for and attend management meetings to present actual performance versus targets and strategic action updates /requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:



Marketing Degree or 5+ years' experience in Marketing Communications is essential. Full marketing mix leadership Strategic planning and execution Budget ownership and agency management KPI tracking and data-driven decision making Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Team development and people leadership Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset Pro-activity, autonomy, attention to details Agility, resilience, and ability to influence Experience in the Marketing environment Experience in Project Management Proven experience of working in demanding environments with ability to achieve deadlines Experience and Knowledge of Services products and industry practice, and knowledge of Contract Hire and Leasing industry. High level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
