Role purpose:
The Head of Digital Commercialisation sits within the Global CIB Marketing team, supporting the delivery of the digital marketing strategy for CIB globally.
Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, this role leads a term of experts in digital content and channels, such as social media and broader paid digital media. The role will be crucial in advising, enabling and executing strategies and programs to deliver on business objectives and agreed digital metrics.
The role holder will need to be an effective 'player-coach', with deep experience of delivering digital media marketing strategies, experience in digital publishing, digital performance metrics as well as an effective leader and advocate for digital marketing practices across the broader business.
