Requirements:

An opportunity to lead and own our entire marketing strategy with an emphasis on growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition. You\'ll use your creativity and expertise in technical industries to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our position in the marketplace and build sustainable growth.

Your passion and track record for originating and implementing unique approaches to meet the goals of high growth companies will enable you to lead a world class marketing team to handle brand awareness, lead generation, and content creative and curation that enable sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the marketing department, including management of the marketing budget, consistently identifying revenue opportunities
  • Organise and oversee company conferences, trade shows, major events, and promotional events
  • Represent the company and form strategic partnerships with media, oversee public relations efforts, and write press releases
  • Build and manage effective demand-generation campaigns to support future growth through new business
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns, including drafting creative and copy
  • Report on business results from demand-generation activities
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Create marketing materials, including product guides, case studies, and white papers
Ideally, You\'ll Have:
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in aerospace, satellite communication, technology, government, or commercial space companies
  • Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Established a portfolio of media and PR contacts
