Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team of a thriving business services company, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. This role is integral to the company\'s success and requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills.

As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the MD to help define, create and develop the business strategy.

• Generate MQLs via 360 marketing campaigns. Quality over quantity.

• You will take ownership over the PR agency to raise the profile of both the MD and the business.

• Utilise PR as a channel to establish and grow the brand through thought-leadership, speaker opportunities, industry events and awards

• Build out a content marketing machine, creating engaging thought leadership pieces

• Using Salesforce and working on CRM to engage with our customers and audience to increase visibility and awareness and drive engagement.

• Proven b2b marketing experience, specifically marketing services as opposed to product.

• A driven, self-starter that works well with autonomy.

• Previous working knowledge of a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
