Salary:

55,000 - 70,000 plus bonus

We're hiring a senior marketer to lead and deliver our marketing strategy.

You'll be responsible for shaping how Tecna shows up across the market; online, in campaigns, and at trade shows. You'll manage external partners, lead campaigns, and support sales with content and strategy. This is a senior hands-on role with real responsibility and space to make it your own.



What you'll be doing

Create and implement the marketing strategy and plan Manage external SEO and PPC agencies Build and run campaigns focused on key sectors and events Lead Tecna's content planning; case studies, email, website, social Work closely with sales and creative to align messaging and delivery Track and report marketing performance against targets Line-manage a Marketing Executive and a Social & Content Executive

What we're looking for

3+ years of B2B marketing experience You've run campaigns that delivered leads and supported sales Strong writing and briefing skills Comfortable managing agencies and working across teams Confident with SEO, PPC, CRM, email and reporting tools Able to plan, deliver and adapt in a growing business
