As
Head of Digital Lead Generation & Marketing
, you will be responsible for designing and executing a high-impact marketing strategy that delivers a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. This is a senior leadership role, with scope to build and manage a high-performing marketing team and ultimately lead the business as the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the company's digital lead generation strategy across paid, organic, and social channels.
Lead and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Oversee SEO, content marketing, and website performance to maximise inbound lead opportunities.
Implement data-driven strategies, using analytics and CRM tools to measure, report, and improve results.
Manage and grow a marketing team, providing leadership, coaching, and clear KPIs.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert into revenue.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on marketing spend.
Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.
About You
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
NOTE: If you are non of the following please read the other section at the base:
5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality leads and improve ROI.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness.
Desirable:
Experience within [your sector e.g. home improvements, construction, or B2B services].
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
