On behalf of a renowned international iGaming company behind multiple leading online brands, we're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to join their team in Gibraltar. Gibraltar is known for its unique blend of Mediterranean lifestyle, international community, excellent climate, and strategic position at the gateway between Europe and Africa, offering great career and lifestyle opportunities.
In this role, you'll drive the overall marketing strategy, leading brand growth and visibility across key markets. You will oversee marketing activities, manage a skilled team, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure impactful results.

Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dedicated marketing team.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and deliver detailed reports to senior management.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as CRM, Analytics, and Media Buying teams.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Occasionally travel to relevant markets and industry events.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably within digital marketing or iGaming.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams.
Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to perform effectively within tight deadlines.
