TR2 Group brings an exciting new opportunity to join a fast-growing portfolio of luxury glamping resorts, spa retreats, boutique hotels, lodges and serviced accommodation across Scotland and the UK.
We are looking for a high-calibre head of marketing who takes their work seriously, understands commercial outcomes, and enjoys being part of a young, ambitious team. This is a hands-on role focused on content that drives bookings, supports site launches, and builds strong, credible brands.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & photography of luxury glamping resorts, spa retreats, lodges and boutique hotels
Photography and content creation for serviced accommodation / Airbnb listings
Optimising Airbnb, Booking.com and direct-booking listings
Staying on-site at portfolio properties when required to capture best-in-class content
Creating content for websites, email marketing and social media
Planning and executing marketing launches for new sites
Supporting founder-led personal brand content (professional, credible, non-influencer style)
Working closely with operations to ensure marketing accurately reflects the guest experience

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' proven marketing experience (hospitality, property or lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong photography and videography skills
Confident copywriter who understands conversion and brand positioning
Commercial mindset -- understands bookings, occupancy and performance across unique businesses
Comfortable travelling and staying at properties as part of the role
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to operate independently
Scope & Support
This is a senior role -- but we are not expecting one person to be an expert in every area of marketing.
The Head of Marketing will own the function, set direction and deliver outcomes
Certain specialist areas (e.g. advanced paid ads, SEO, PR, web development) may be outsourced when required
The successful candidate will help identify, brief and manage external specialists or agencies as needed
Core content creation, brand execution and listing optimisation will remain in-house
This role is about driving results, not doing everything personally.
While this is currently a standalone role, the successful candidate will be trusted to run the marketing function as a department, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as TR2 Group continues to scale.
