We're looking for an experienced

Marketing Insights Lead

to guide strategic decision-making across Entain's ASE region. Working with a marketing budget of ~200M and supporting key markets including Brazil, Canada, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we invest, optimise, and scale. This role reports directly to the

VP of Finance & Strategy

, offering significant exposure and influence across regional leadership.

Build a best-in-class marketing measurement practice from the ground up, supported by a skilled data team building the required data pipelines and models. Lead core measurement initiatives including

marketing mix modelling

,

attribution

,

incrementality testing

, and

brand lift studies

. Develop clear, actionable recommendations that inform investment decisions and guide the region's MD and marketing teams. Translate complex measurement outputs into commercially aligned insights that drive performance and growth across diverse markets

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in

marketing measurement

, either in-house or with a specialist provider (e.g., Nielsen). Demonstrated ability to build models and measurement frameworks from scratch. Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of how to translate data into practical, high-impact recommendations. Comfortable operating across multiple international markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
