A dynamic and agile approach to marketing is a must - as you won't just be responsible for reporting on the campaign successes and learnings, but you will also be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvement for better results and optimisation.

The ideal candidate
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Head of position
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Experience of the UK property investment market is essential
Experience of working with HubSpot is an advantage
Experience of working alongside a senior SLT and board
Experience of managing in-house teams and outsourced agencies
A confident and inspirational leadership style
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
A solid understanding of the marketing mix, specifically CRM, Paid Digital and SEO
Experience of performance marketing and generating leads for a sales team
Used to reporting on marketing activity in-line with ROI and measuring activity
A desire to develop and grow a team that is respected and trusted
A hands on management style that a team can buy into and feel supported by

Roles & responsibilities
Represent the marketing department at the SLT
Brand guardian for the business to ensure the intended perception is being conveyed
Department gatekeeper, creating processes and effective workplace practices
Reporting effectiveness of marketing campaigns and updates to the board
Creation and forward planning of BAU and launch strategies
Working with the Head of Sales and Head of Commercial on launch timelines
Creation of a short and long-term actionable marketing strategy in-line with the overall sales focus of the business
Creation of top level campaign messaging for BAU and launches
Management of team workload
Identifying third party opportunities to raise the profile of key figures and the business
Oversee the creation of all creative assets across the business and maintain brand standards in all areas
Point of contact for third party agencies
Ultimately responsible for the marketing budget and spend being recorded
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and return on investment
Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategising the implementation of plans
Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company's values
Regularly sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team
