Genix Healthcare is looking for a talented, creative, and commercially driven Head of Marketing to work alongside and lead our dedicated marketing team. You will support the team's development, strengthen our private dentistry strategy, and help drive bold, industry-leading campaigns that advance the Genix brand. The successful candidate must bring significant experience in planning, managing, and analysing paid social media campaigns, ensuring our advertising strategy delivers measurable growth and supports the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing, creative marketing team. Deliver standout campaigns that position Genix as a leader in private dentistry. Create and implement the marketing strategy across digital, social, SEO, PPC, email, web, and content. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn). Introduce new ideas, AI tools, and digital innovations to elevate performance. Ensure brand consistency and bold, impactful messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Leads, and Practice Managers to support patient growth. Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior marketing role (healthcare/dental/aesthetics preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of paid social campaigns and digital lead generation. Confident using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM systems). Able to manage a team and build a positive, ambitious creative culture. Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to Directors. Passion for innovation, creativity, and marketing trends.
