The Role

Vitruvian Dental Studio is a premium, multi-site cosmetic dental brand. We have scaled from a bootstrapped start-up clinic in 2021 to an eight-figure annual revenue business in under five years, with ambitious expansion plans for 2026 and beyond.

We deliver high-end cosmetic dentistry, full smile makeovers and advanced restorative treatments, and we are building something far more powerful than a typical group of practices. A recognised national brand in premium dental care.

We are now looking for a

Head of Marketing

to take full ownership of the marketing element of our growth as we scale.

This is a

newly created, senior role

with responsibility for both digital and traditional marketing, ensuring all activity is aligned to our commercial growth strategy.

Compensation

This is a senior, commercially accountable leadership role.
We are not benchmarking this against typical marketing manager positions.

Your responsibility

You will work directly with the founders and leadership team and will own:

Manage and optimise a seven figure annual marketing budget Marketing strategy across all current and future locations Cost per lead, cost per booking and treatment starts Campaign planning and delivery across key treatments and site launches Alignment between marketing, sales and patient experience Brand positioning, consistency and long-term brand value

What's already in place

We have a strong in-house execution team, including:

Social media, content and videography Influencer marketing Paid media, funnels, analytics and performance tracking
