As we enter an exciting new growth phase, we're looking for a
strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing & Sales Lead
to handle the brand's marketing efforts across all channels. This is a pivotal leadership role with real influence -- ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, design-led environment and wants to shape a brand from the inside out.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for Josh and Nicol -- from brand positioning and digital growth to campaign execution and community building. You'll oversee a small, creative in-house team and work closely with the founders to scale the brand's reach, engagement, and impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy aligned with brand growth goals
Define and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels
Lead, mentor, and grow a small marketing and content team
Campaign Development
Plan and deliver seasonal and product launch campaigns from concept to completion
Lead creative ideation and briefing for shoots, partnerships, and brand activations
Oversee content production, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals
Digital & Performance Marketing
Own the digital marketing roadmap, including paid social, email marketing, SEO, and web optimisation
Manage relationships with external performance marketing agencies or freelancers
Analyse data to optimise ROI across digital channels and inform future strategies
Sales Strategy & eCommerce
Align sales calendar with marketing campaigns, product drops, and retail moments
Identify revenue-driving opportunities both online and through in-person events
Support pricing, promotions, and product planning through sales insights and feedback
Community & PR
Build and nurture an authentic, engaged customer community across social platforms
Oversee influencer and PR outreach, partnerships, and gifting strategies
Identify new opportunities for brand visibility, events, and collaborations
About You
3+ years experience in a senior marketing role within a fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brand
Proven track record of delivering creative, high-impact campaigns and measurable growth
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team or cross-functional collaborators
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and customer behaviour
Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
Passionate about fashion, design, and brand building, with a natural eye for aesthetics
Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
