The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, commercially-driven
Head of Marketing
to lead and scale our brand presence across all touchpoints. Based out of our London office, you'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, managing a cross-functional team and delivering growth through content, campaigns and partnerships that actually convert.
This is a hands-on leadership role: strategic but not afraid of the details. Ideal for someone who has built (or rebuilt) marketing functions within fast-paced retail environments, especially in fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
What You'll Own
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead and evolve our brand marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
Develop and deliver seasonal and campaign calendars, ensuring marketing ladders up to commercial goals.
Own marketing performance reporting - with a clear focus on ROI and acquisition growth.
Team Leadership
Manage and develop the marketing team across Social, Influencer & Brand Partnerships, CRM/Email, and Paid Digital.
Provide strategic oversight and direction to specialists within the team (e.g. influencer marketing lead).
Drive collaboration between marketing and wider teams - especially Ecom, Retail, and Product
Hire and scale the team as we grow across markets
Channel Management
Oversee all social platforms (paid and organic), ensuring the brand shows up culturally and consistently.
Guide influencer & partnership activity through effective management and collaboration with the internal lead.
