The Role



We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative

Head of Marketing

to lead and scale our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll own the entire marketing function -- from strategy to execution -- and play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role, with regular in-person collaboration required in our London office.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies

to support lead generation, course sign-ups, and brand visibility.

Lead and manage paid media campaigns

across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, optimising for performance and ROI.

Oversee eCommerce marketing

initiatives to drive online sales and user engagement.

Manage monthly marketing budgets

of at least 30k+, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and campaign optimisation.

Build and lead performance reporting

processes, translating analytics into actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations

across all marketing and data handling activities.

Work cross-functionally with design and creative teams

to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery of marketing assets.

Collaborate with the tech team

to support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts across the website and digital funnels.

Understand company's CRM system and lead nurturing strategy

, ensuring efficient lead capture, segmentation, and campaign automation.

Manage external agencies and partners

, including digital, creative, and web development agencies, to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Work with external and internal teams to implement SEO strategies

to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic.

Build strong relationships across departments

, influencing stakeholders and supporting company-wide marketing initiatives.

Understand and lead on email marketing strategies and automation to make sure it contributes to the overall business goals.


Essential Requirements



Proven experience managing

successful digital marketing strategies

in a fast-paced environment. Strong

paid media experience

(Meta & Google Ads), with demonstrable campaign results. Experience in

eCommerce marketing

(preferred but not essential). Comfortable

managing marketing budgets

of at least 30k+ per month. Solid knowledge of

GDPR compliance

in marketing practices. Strong interpersonal skills; able to

collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels

. Skilled in

managing creative teams

to ensure delivery of creative assets and working closely with design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. Understanding of

CRM systems

enough to implement the company's lead generation strategies, and utilise marketing automation tools. Experience in

CRO

and working with tech teams to enhance user journeys. Strong organisational skills and experience managing

external marketing and web agencies

. Understanding of

SEO best practices

. Understanding of

email marketing

platform and automation strategies.
