GetBoardwise is scaling fast. We work with senior executives, board members, and advisors who want serious board and portfolio roles. Our audience is intelligent, sceptical, and time-poor. Brand, credibility, and clarity matter.

We have strong product-market fit, real revenue momentum, and a growing sales team. We need a senior marketing leader who can build a standout brand, turn it into measurable growth, and own marketing end-to-end.

This is a full-stack Head of Marketing role at a scaling business. You will be hands-on, creating, executing, and shaping our marketing. You will also own strategy, budgeting, and long-term growth planning. You will work directly with the founder and the sales team to make GetBoardwise unavoidable in our market.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage agencies or sit in PowerPoint. This is a builder role with real strategic responsibility.

What You Will Do - Brand & Content



Define and evolve GetBoardwise's brand and positioning Ensure all content looks, feels, and sounds premium Build a brand that senior decision-makers trust immediately Write and publish high-quality LinkedIn content Shape founder thought leadership and market commentary Turn real conversations into credible, actionable material

Design & Collateral



Design sales decks, one-pagers, and insight reports Create LinkedIn visuals and branded assets Build clean HubSpot emails and landing pages Maintain high and consistent design standards

Marketing Operations & Channels



Own HubSpot marketing end-to-end Improve show-up rates, reduce drop-offs, and re-engage stalled opportunities Use LinkedIn strategically to nurture prospects and warm deals Track performance rigorously and feed insights back to sales

Strategic Ownership & Growth



Define and own the marketing strategy, budget, and long-term roadmap Make commercial decisions that maximize ROI and revenue contribution Plan multi-quarter campaigns and initiatives to scale the business Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with growth goals Identify future hires and build the marketing function as the company grows

Support Scale



Create assets that support second- and third-call conversions Test growth ideas with discipline and kill what does not work Ensure marketing supports the revenue journey at every stage
Who You Are

You Must Have



Senior B2B marketing experience Strong writing and content skills Strong design capability (Figma, Adobe, or equivalent) Hands on HubSpot marketing experience Commercial judgement and confidence Ability to own strategy, budget, and long-term growth

Nice to Have



LinkedIn native Experience marketing to senior leaders Exposure to performance or paid channels
