Job Description

Introduction:

We are looking for someone to join our commercial team lead our marketing team. We have ambitious growth plans over the next few years and we want you to be a part of it.

What you will be doing:

Your primary focus will be to

1) lead our marketing function to turn it into a department that:

Generates a high volume of inbound and outbound leads

Has an established brand/ brand identity across our identified customers and target audience.

2) You will be responsible for managing our team of in-house marketers and support them in delivering successful marketing initiatives & campaigns with pre-defined and agreed goals and objectives.

3) Responsible for developing and launching our partnerships programme, developing commercial relationships with affiliates and resellers

As well as working with the marketing team you will work closely with our Head of Enterprise Architecture on both marketing strategy and plans to evolve the marketing function so it is as successful as possible.

You will be:

Leading and growing our team of marketers

Managing our internal/ external partners (graphic design, Copywriter, SEO, PR & Social Media)

Dealing with our group level marketing resources (website, social media, collateral etc)

Ensuring our marketing campaigns are ran on time and on budget and deliver the results needed to fuel the business with new customers

What we are looking for

someone who understands that marketing is responsible for generating new business via leads and owns this responsibility. A process driven approach aligned in the same methodology on how we conduct marketing and expect it to be operated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
