As we expand, we're looking for an ambitious, experienced and senior 'hands-on' Head of Marketing to take the reins and unify our group-wide marketing strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand presence of multiple businesses under one shared vision - rooted in community, quality, and care.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with each business unit to build, manage and execute impactful marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for aligning our messaging, identifying opportunities for growth, and overseeing day-to-day delivery across campaigns, brand, digital, and partnerships.
You'll lead on:
Strategy
: Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy for each business line, aligned with group-wide objectives.
Brand
: Define and evolve the Zippe Group brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing
: Oversee social media, content, SEO, paid media, CRM and website performance.
Campaigns & Comms
: Plan and deliver targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
Partnerships
: Work with schools, councils, property partners and community groups to build collaborative marketing initiatives.
Team Management
: Build and manage a lean marketing team and external freelancers or agencies as needed.
Reporting
: Use data to inform decisions, measure performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Are a confident and creative marketing leader with
5+ years of experience
in a senior marketing role.
Have experience working across
multiple brands or business units
, ideally in both B2C and B2B environments.
Have experience working with
HubSpot
CRM or another CRM.
Thrive in a
fast-paced
, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly.
Are as comfortable setting high-level strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
Have a
strong grasp of digital channels
, customer insight, brand development and growth marketing.
Understand the nuances of marketing to diverse audiences - from families to local authorities to older customers.
