Head of Marketing
As our marketing champion, you'll be customer obsessed and focused on ensuring our proposition is not only relevant, but front of mind with our target prospects as you help us build a highly qualified sales pipeline - this is a commercial role. You'll be a self-starter who gets stuck in and works tirelessly to build the profile of Shout, our people and our services. You're not someone who's going to spend months strategising, You'll know what it takes to build a plan and execute it from the off, tweaking and iterating it as time goes by.
We're looking for someone who can join us and take the lead with our marketing, working across the usual channels but feels confident to explore newer and less-used tactics too - experimentation is something we embrace. As we enter our next phase of growth, our Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our business and commercial goals.
You'll have been working in a marketing role for at least the past 4 years and will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of marketing a service business, rather than a product based business.
Your aspirations will be high and the prospect of progressing to Marketing Director and building out a team over the next 2-4 years will appeal to you.

Tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing KPIs and communicating these back to the leadership team on a regular basis
Allocate and manage a marketing budget, ensuring a good ROI on spend and provide regular spend / forecast updates to the leadership team to help manage cashflow
