Job Summary



To lead the full marketing strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand, driving customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and commercial performance. This role is responsible for shaping the brand, scaling digital marketing channels, building a high performing team, and owning the marketing budget to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. Strong leadership skills required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a complete multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, social, CRM, brand, and PR. Build and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Own full-funnel customer acquisition and retention, aligning marketing activity with commercial objectives. Lead the annual marketing plan and budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Team Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor and grow the marketing team across digital, creative, content, and brand. Set KPIs, performance expectations, and development plans for the team. Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing & Performance

Oversee all paid advertising channels, including paid social, paid search, influencer marketing, display. Drive organic growth through SEO, social strategy, and on-brand content. Oversee and approve customer retention activity through CRM, email marketing, lifecycle campaigns. Ensure all campaigns achieve strong ROI, CPA efficiency, and brand consistency.
Brand, Creative & Content

Oversee and approve the creative process for campaigns, photo/video shoots, seasonal messaging, and styling direction. Oversee social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community-building initiatives. Ensure brand positioning remains relevant, inspiring, and aligned with target demographic.
Customer Insights & Analytics

Analyse customer behaviour, demographics and purchasing trends to drive strategy. Monitor marketing performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV). Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with our Buying and Creative teams to create cohesive campaigns. Align marketing timelines with product drops, stock levels, seasonal peaks, and promotional plans. Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure customer experience aligns with brand values.
Experience & Qualifications

5+ years experience in marketing leadership roles within e-commerce or fashion. Proven track record of scaling paid and organic channels in a fast-paced E-commerce Fashion or retail environment. Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Strong understanding of D2C fashion audiences and digital behaviour.
Skills

Highly commercial with strong budget management capability. Expert understanding of digital channels: paid social, PPC, SEO, CRM, influencers, affiliates. Strong creative judgment with an eye for fashion, trends, and brand aesthetic. Data-driven with exceptional analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication, leadership skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Customer acquisition growth and cost efficiency (CAC). Retention and repeat purchase metrics. ROAS and overall marketing ROI. Revenue contribution from marketing channels. Brand engagement metrics (social, influencer, community). Team development and performance, KPI and Reviews.
