We are seeking a creative and results-driven Head of Marketing to join our award-winning SaaS business in a newly create role and department. This role is focused on managing a small to team to own and create a strategy of engaging content and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This is an office-based position working full time within the Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle with free parking available onsite.
Key Responsibilities
This is a newly created role working closely with senior leadership to focus on building the Shoptimised brand and improving our lead generation. Your main duties will include:
Create, own and deliver a data-driven and knowledge-based strategy with the outcome being the successful creation of lead generation for the Shoptimised software and services.
Manage, support and assist a small marketing team to deliver the agreed strategy.
Oversee the evolution of the marketing strategy to evolve whilst delivering agreed KPIs.
Work closely with the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of the in-house marketing across strategy, content creation and delivery across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Lead the development and growth of Shoptimised social channels.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates for this position will:
Proven experience managing a Lead Generation marketing function, ideally with a B2B focus.
Proven ability to manage and oversee the production video, image and written content suitable for use across multiple social platforms.
Proven experience of creating, owning and managing a data-driven and knowledge-based strategy focused on delivering high quality leads,
Strong storytelling capability, analytically focused with a desire to constantly improve results.
Ability to interpret and communicate marketing metrics and KPIs to team and senior leadership.
Our ideal candidate will also have:
Experience working at or with a digital marketing agency.
Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of multichannel lead generation campaigns.
Ability to create and analyze performance marketing reports to inform future content strategies.
A working knowledge of Hubspot
