As the business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, build brand strength and drive growth across all markets.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you'll take full ownership of Gtechniq's marketing direction and execution. You'll shape how the brand connects with customers, distributors and partners around the world, while ensuring our marketing remains innovative, effective and commercially driven.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of a global marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives across all Gtechniq sectors.
Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI across all campaigns.
Inspire and manage a growing marketing team and a network of third-party agencies including creative, digital, photography, video, and PR.
Deliver integrated B2C and B2B marketing that drives consumer engagement and equips distributors and partners with scalable toolkits and sales content.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that strengthens brand storytelling, grows engagement, and builds community across key platforms.
Oversee HubSpot marketing automation to ensure lead generation, nurture flows, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics deliver measurable growth.
Lead creative direction and brand storytelling across all content, including copywriting, photography, video, and digital assets, ensuring consistency and innovation across every channel.
Drive digital presence and performance, including Gtechniq websites and e-commerce platforms.
Identify and activate strategic sponsorships and brand collaborations that strengthen visibility within target communities.
Lead the development of the customer loyalty scheme using data-driven insights to increase engagement and retention.
Work closely with Product Development, Sales and Operations to align marketing with overall business growth.
Champion innovation and experimentation in marketing to keep Gtechniq at the forefront of the industry.
Experience and Skills - Essential
10 + years' progressive marketing leadership experience within a premium B2C environment (automotive, performance, lifestyle or technology advantageous).
Proven success in building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy and brand partnerships.
Excellent communication and influencing skills; confident presenting to executive leadership.
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or Business.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
Desirable
International brand or distributor-network experience.
Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or detailing industry.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical products into consumer-driven narratives.
