Role: Head of Marketing & PR
Location: Poole (with regular travel in the South of England)
Pay: 65,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus (up to 15% of salary)
Hours: 37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, strategic and collaborative marketing professional to join the team.
Working with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the business Marketing strategy. With a hands-on approach, you will be confident in managing all marketing and public relations activity across Care South.

About you
You will have:

• At least five years' sector experience of managing a team and leading and developing marketing strategy and campaign plans.
• Experience of working across multiple locations.
• Experience in the residential care and domiciliary care sectors.
• Competencies in campaign tracking, competitor analysis and research to understand ROI and shape future marketing strategies.
• Be computer literate, well versed on digital and online channels and proficient in MS Office and Customer Relations Managements systems.
• Excellent knowledge of offline and online marketing activities.
• Experience in employer branding disciplines to promote the employee value proposition as employer of choice.
• A high attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
• Adopt a flexible attitude.
• Be a problem solver and curious.
• Be driven, self-motivated, able to work at pace and be a problem solver.
• A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, able to build strong and meaningful relationships at all levels and contribute as a key part of the Extended Management Team at Care South.
