Head of Marketing

The Role

The Head of Marketing will sit on the senior leadership team, shaping brand strategy and ensuring marketing delivers real commercial impact. From innovative campaigns to franchise partner support, this role will act as the voice and guardian of our brand across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the global marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and markets. Drive customer engagement through creative, data-led campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-store activations. Lead market research and insights to fuel new product launches and market expansion. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Partner with operations and franchise teams to support growth in the UK and internationally. Own the marketing budget, ensuring every pound spent drives ROI.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a senior marketing leader (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director) within retail, hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands. A track record of growing brands and driving footfall/sales through innovative campaigns. Strong balance of creative flair and commercial acumen , able to dream big and deliver results. Experience in franchise businesses is a strong advantage. Confident leader with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders. Must be willing and able to work
