Job Description

Head of Marketing

Band Management Company

Remote | Part-Time

We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial partner to join us at the ground floor of something special. This is not just a job. It is a collaborative role with creative ownership and long-term potential. You will be the driving force behind all marketing and audience growth for Zamaran and every future band on our roster.

Our goal is to build a game-changing music collective that launches artists who matter. Your goal is to make sure the world hears them.

What This Role Is:

A strategic partner in a new band management company, not just an employee. The marketing brain and creative heart behind everything we do, from social buzz to brand identity. An opportunity to own a stake in the artists' future earnings through royalties, reflecting your role in their success. A passion-led, equity-based position at the beginning, with the potential to develop into a full-time paid role as we grow.
What You'll Be Responsible For:

Setting and executing the full marketing vision for all current and future bands, starting with Zamaran, our flagship act. Leading campaigns for releases, tours, and announcements across social media, digital platforms, and physical materials. Building brands and telling stories that turn fans into loyal communities. Overseeing content strategy and production, including videos, visuals, social posts, newsletters and more. Growing online fanbases and cultivating relationships with industry tastemakers and audiences. Working closely with the manager, artists, and creative team to ensure alignment across all public-facing activity.
Who You Are:

A music lover through and through, particularly passionate about alternative, rock, indie, and country-influenced sounds. Someone who understands fan culture and how to build emotional connections through marketing. Experienced in growing communities and delivering results, whether in music, start-ups, or creative sectors. Purpose-driven, creative, and ready to invest your energy into something you believe in. Based in the UK, able to work remotely, with occasional availability for key events or shoots.
What You'll Gain:

A royalty share in all bands on the roster. This is your stake in their success. Creative freedom to shape brands from the very beginning. A voice in strategic decisions, including which artists we manage. The chance to be part of something real, independent, and full of potential. A path toward a full-time leadership role as the company expands.

Important: Read Before Applying

This is a royalty-based partnership. There is no salary or guaranteed income at the start. Payment will come as a percentage of artist royalties as careers develop. If you are seeking a salaried position, this is not the right opportunity.

We strongly recommend balancing this role alongside existing work until royalties grow to a sustainable level. That said, there is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time paid position in the future.
