We're looking for a
Head of Marketing
who isn't afraid to get stuck in - someone who can balance shaping the big picture with taking personal ownership of the day-to-day marketing activities that make things happen.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be just as comfortable building a campaign on your own and with the wider team and agencies, as you are developing and presenting results and strategy to the board.
You'll be directly involved in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across multiple channels - while also steering the overall strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns
across digital, print, TV, radio, outdoor and direct mail - from idea to delivery.
Be heavily involved in content creation
for websites, email, social, and advertising.
Run digital advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) including keyword research, ad copy, and optimisation.
Set up, test, and optimise email campaigns
using automation tools.
Monitor analytics and performance dashboards
-- pulling actionable insights and making rapid adjustments where needed.
Develop brand messaging and assets
, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Research market trends and competitors
, applying findings to improve targeting and campaigns.
Build new innovative channels
, testing and launching new ways to bring in new business.
Manage budgets
at a tactical level, making sure spend delivers maximum ROI.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams
to ensure marketing directly supports lead generation and customer growth.

What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on management of digital and offline campaigns.
Proven ability to deliver results through
both strategy and execution
.
Strong skills in digital advertising platforms, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation.
Experience writing copy and creating content that engages different audiences.
Ability to interpret data and act quickly to improve performance.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
