Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for all four businesses, aligned with commercial objectives and brand positioning. Working closely with all business heads to support the growth and development of their businesses.
Lead and manage the marketing team (where applicable) and external suppliers, agencies, and creatives. Meet regularly with team members to develop their roles and ensure business success is focused upon.
Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and advertising.
Plan and deliver seasonal, event-led, and promotional campaigns, working in collaboration with the sales team to maximise bookings, footfall, and guest spend.
Manage and grow the businesses' social media presence, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and timely responses.
Coordinate photography, videography, and content creation projects to support campaign and brand needs.
Manage marketing budgets for each business, ensuring cost-effective delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
Track and report on the performance of all marketing activity, using data insights to inform future strategy.
Stay ahead of hospitality trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities, proactively introducing new ideas and initiatives.
Attend and support business events, promotional activity, and marketing activations as required - including evenings and weekends.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, leisure, or a similar guest-facing industry.
Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how marketing drives sales, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a multi-site, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand development.
Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and working with third-party suppliers and agencies.
