Salary package of up to 80,000 per year plus bonus

We've got an exciting opportunity for a brilliant Head of Marketing & Sales to help us bring more guests through the door and more love to our brand.

You'll lead the charge on all things marketing,digital,brand and events - blending creativity and data to deliver campaigns that drive results and reflect the full Megan's experience:from morning coffees and dog-friendly brunches to evening meals,cocktails and celebrations.

As part of our leadership team; you'll be shaping strategy,growing brand presence,and developing a team that knows how to turn insight & ideas into action. This is a fab role for a marketeer looking to grow in their career.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a senior Marketing role within hospitality or leisure - ideally casual dining or multisite groups. Commercially astute with a deep understanding of how to turn marketing activity into bookings and repeat visits. Confident with hospitality tech platforms including booking systems,CRM,email automation tools and social analytics. Highly analytical,comfortable interpreting data,forecasting,and using insights to influence strategy. A creative thinker with a solid grasp on digital,social,PR and brand-building. A natural leader who builds high-performing,motivated teams. Agile and adaptable,can roll sleeves up and pivot when needed in a fast-paced environment
