What Youll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership Develop and execute marketing, PR, and branding strategies that align with business goals and fuel company growth.
• Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance.
• Digital & Content Marketing Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation to generate leads and engage audiences.
• Brand Awareness & PR Manage external agencies, drive PR initiatives, and craft compelling brand messages that position us as market leaders.
• Event Management Plan and execute trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events to showcase our expertise and innovations.
• Budget & Performance Management Oversee the marketing budget and use data-driven insights to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Market & Competitor Insights Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to shape our marketing strategies.
• Collaboration & Communication Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• A creative and inspirational leader with strong team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel between sites and attend events as needed to support business objectives.
