What You'll Do

Build and lead a clear, consistent brand image and perception for Space Dental across all platforms Develop and deliver a powerful lead generation strategy that drives measurable patient growth Oversee content creation for social media, websites, and digital advertising -- from visuals to voice Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, agencies, and freelancers Create and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a strong ROI focus Collaborate with clinic and sales teams to align marketing with business targets Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics using data to make decisions Keep the brand current, creative, and compelling, never standing still

What You'll Bring

Proven success in a management marketing role ideally within healthcare, beauty, or consumer brands A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategy A creative and analytical mindset and able to switch from brainstorm to boardroom with ease Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple campaigns at once Confidence in creating and presenting marketing plans that drive growth A natural storyteller who knows how to build brand emotion and trust Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Energy, adaptability, and a desire to build something exceptional
