Job Description

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Head of Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing impactful marketing campaigns that drive visitor numbers, enhance brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. This role also includes studio management, covering a wide range of business assets.


You will have operational experience with media detail, creative production, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels. You should be comfortable with media planning and buying across in-house and agency channels, as well as with data analysis and a focus on numbers, alongside creative positioning and look and feel.

Key Responsibilities



Campaigns:

Direct responsibility for the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns to drive annual footfall and revenue targets. You will support the Marketing Director in creating the annual campaign strategy.

Media Planning & Buying

: Coordinate with multiple buying points across digital (PPC, social media), traditional (radio, OOH), and print to ensure an integrated approach.

Studio & Creative Delivery:

Have overarching responsibility for the design studio, overseeing creative delivery for all marketing materials, including imagery and messaging.

Brand & Commercial

: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines. Contribute to and lead market research projects to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance the guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate




We are looking for someone with significant, relevant marketing experience in a senior capacity.


Essential Criteria

:

Experience with media planning and buying, both directly and through an agency. Proven experience managing both online and offline channels. Expertise in data management and leading attribution and optimisation. Strong organisational skills, with a creative and solutions-oriented mindset. Proven ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally. Expert use of Microsoft applications.

Desirable Criteria

:

A degree-level qualification and/or equivalent marketing experience. Experience in, or a genuine passion for, the attractions, historic houses, and/or leisure industry. Studio management experience.

Your contract



You will be on a permanent full-time contract, with core working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, with weekend on-call cover on a rota basis.
