Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and IT to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and analyse data to refine strategies for maximum ROI.
Oversee the organisation's website management through WordPress, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and user experience.
Lead copywriting efforts for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and social media posts.
Manage budgets effectively across multiple channels while ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope.
Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for senior management review.
