Head of Marketing

Location: West Yorkshire - Hybrid Working - working in the offices 1 - 2 times a week

Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa360,000

As the Head of Marketing your role will be to drive brand awareness, increase profitability, and achieve its key marketing objectives. You will be responsible for developing their marketing and ecommerce strategies, managing budgets, setting objectives, and leading their marketing team.

Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing

• Design and implement strategies for all marketing activities including digital and ecommerce solutions, advertising, company communications and creative content
• Successfully lead, coach, and direct a team of 4 digital marketing executives and assistants
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
• Set, monitor, and improve and report on deliverables working collaboratively with other circles, spaces, and bubbles to achieve results
• Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
• Ensure their brand message is strong and consistent across all their marketing channels
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with effective collaboration to boost brand awareness and drive internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimisation and other monitoring methods and analytics

Requirements of the Head of Marketing

• Previous experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Experience of developing, launching, and maximising a web presence
• Solid knowledge of web analytics, SEO activities, Google Analytics, and any other digital acquisition strategies
• Experience with CRM software (Dynamics and HubSpot preferably)
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
