This role works alongside the Founders, implementing and executing the brand marketing strategy. You will be a champion of creativity and innovation within the business, responsible for driving growth in all markets and elevating the brands presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating, managing and executing the end to end marketing strategy across social, PR, PPC, affiliate, email and brand activations for the following; Pretty Lavish, Pretty Lavish Bridal and Nobl
Collaborate cross functionally with the senior team on executing the marketing strategy to achieve seasonal sales targets, delivering acquisition and retention KPIs to scale growth
Oversee the seasonal marketing calendar and lead innovate and creative campaigns ensuring these are planned and executed effectively for key marketing dates and trading events throughout the year
Responsible for increasing brand awareness in new and existing markets through brand activations and marketing campaigns
Pioneering creativity within the business, approving brand creatives for promotional content and campaigns
Oversee the Ecom manager ensuring the website is continually optimised to increase conversion and create a seamless shopping experience for our customer
Spearhead expansion in our key international markets including USA and Ireland
Use customer insights and feedback to maximise sales, propose new marketing opportunities and identify future growth areas
Maintain a strong understanding of our competitors activity and being reactive to trends and opportunities
Responsible for telling our brand story ensuring our tone of voice and branding is consistent across all touch points
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department
Manage an in house team of nine across social, ecom, email, PR and brand, setting a clear direction to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the department objectives, providing timely feedback and support to team members, and empowering others to make decisions and take action
Qualification, skills and experience
Extensive experience of working within marketing & the retail industry, preferably with a fashion or lifestyle brand
Strong knowledge of google analytics and experience using a CRM software
Track record of successful leadership in a growing business aligning teams to strategy and vision
Creative yet commercial eye with the ability to demonstrate exceptional awareness of competitors and marketing trends
Confident decision maker with the ability to think strategically
Adopts a positive can do attitude, embracing change and seeking solutions
