Job overview

----------------

We are seeking a Head of Maths to lead the delivery of mathematics across the school, from Reception to Year 8, while also serving as Head of Assessment, Data and Tracking and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of teaching mathematics, ideally within a prep school setting, and a clear understanding of ISEB 11+ and 13+ Scholarship requirements.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, a confident curriculum leader, and an enthusiastic team player. Leadership experience is essential, and a passion for mathematical thinking and problem-solving is highly desirable.

In addition to leading the Maths Department, the post holder will oversee whole-school assessment, data analysis and pupil tracking, supporting strategic decision-making and contributing to the school's academic development.
