We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and well-connected Head of Membership to lead the next phase of growth at Century - one of London's most distinctive private members' clubs.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who combines commercial drive with cultural intelligence - a proactive, results-oriented operator who can build strategies and execute them with precision.
The ideal candidate will not only design the roadmap for growth but will be out there every day building relationships, closing memberships, and ensuring Century's community grows in both scale and quality.
You'll take full ownership of the membership lifecycle - from defining targets and driving acquisition, to personally cultivating high-value prospects, and deepening engagement among existing members. You'll lead outreach, partnerships, and collaborations that expand Century's reach while curating the tone, standards, and energy of our membership community.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll develop and implement actionable, data-informed plans that deliver measurable growth. Whether through events, campaigns, partnerships, or strategic collaborations, you'll translate insight and opportunity into tangible results - growing our membership headcount, elevating retention, and strengthening the Century brand.
This is not a back-office strategy role - it's a front-facing, relationship-driven position that blends sales, networking, and creative execution. You'll bring entrepreneurial energy, a refined understanding of the London scene, and a natural ability to connect with the city's most dynamic and influential people.

What You'll Do
Define and execute a clear membership growth strategy, from acquisition to retention.
Build, nurture, and leverage high-value relationships across creative, corporate, and social spheres.
Develop targeted outreach initiatives and partnerships to attract the next generation of members.
Work closely with the Marketing, Events, and F&B teams to align membership strategy with brand vision.
Create actionable plans with measurable outcomes to grow and sustain a vibrant, diverse membership base.
Analyse membership data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Oversee all aspects of member services, onboarding, and administration with excellence and discretion.

A strategic operator with a proven track record in membership, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
Commercially astute - confident in setting and delivering on growth targets.

Experienced with CRM systems and data-led decision making.
