As Head of Network Planning and Performance you will play a key leadership role within the Retail Operations central team. Within our Network Provision you\'ll be accountable for the operational business change process driving improvement and automation in areas including branch openings and general branch activities.

You will also lead the data and insight function that provides management information and trading reporting to stakeholders across the business.

As head of an important team within the Engine Room of our Retail function you will have direct management responsibility for the Network Insight Manager, OBC Team Manager and Network Development Manager.

What you\'ll need to succeed
  • Highly developed leadership skills and management experience
  • Experience of producing performance data and analytics
  • Passion for great Customer Service and a desire to drive excellence
  • Senior operational experience within Retail
  • Ideally an understanding or experience working within a Franchise environment
