Summary
We're looking for an
Operations Manager
to take the lead in building and running our Northern Ireland operation from the ground up.
In NI, we will be providing essential homeware packages to people who really need them.
The Role
You'll be our
first hire in Northern Ireland
and will play a pivotal role in launching and leading our operations here.
In this hands-on position, you'll:
Set up the operation from scratch
-- with our support, you'll identify warehouse space, assist with hiring, and build local relationships.
Lead on logistics
-- manage the receipt, packing, and delivery of homeware bundles to residential addresses across Northern Ireland.
Drive and deliver
-- perform deliveries yourself initially and manage the fleet and delivery schedule.
Manage and lead
-- build and oversee a small team of drivers and warehouse staff as volumes grow.
Be the face of the brand locally
-- represent our values with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
This Role Is For You If You Are...
Experienced in operational delivery, especially in logistics, warehouse work, or multi-drop delivery
Practical, hands-on, and comfortable getting stuck in -- especially in the early stages
A confident communicator who can work with a remote HQ team and lead a local one
Excited by the idea of owning your patch and making it a success
What You'll Need
Previous experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management
A valid UK driving licence
A willingness to do deliveries as needed (van provided)
People management experience
Strong organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using basic systems for scheduling, stock, and reporting
What We Offer
A hybrid working model -- home-based to start, with full support for setting up the local warehouse. You will then work full time on site.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
