North West Care Co-Operative (NWCC)

NWCC offers a co-operative approach to high-quality, person-centred care for disabled people and those with long-term conditions. As Head of NWCC, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver care that empowers people to live life well.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the strategic and operational delivery of NWCC, reporting directly to our CEO and NWCC Board. Oversee a leadership team managing care, workforce, quality, development, and business operations. Ensure services are person-centred, dignified, and promote independence, choice, and control. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation. Drive growth and innovation in care delivery across the Northwest. Ensure strong relationships with members, families, and professionals.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in management, ideally within health, social care, or disability services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the social model of disability. Excellent communication, financial management, and strategic planning skills. A commitment to equality, diversity, and co-production with disabled people. Ability to inspire, influence, and lead with empathy and integrity.
