You'll be a versatile and creative leader, with extensive

product development and leadership experience, within luxury

beauty and wellness brands. Responsible for NPD & EPD product

portfolio development, commercialisation and leading the full

lifecycle strategy. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart

of our NPD process, where you'll be responsible for managing the

operational flow of new product launches - from early-stage

planning through to production and delivery.

With a high skill operational mindset you will be an expert

at delivering projects, with a combination of strategic thinking,

cross-functional leadership, innovation, and execution excellence.

You will oversee product teams, ensuring alignment with business

goals, and drive the successful delivery of products to market.

What you'll need:

Strong track record in implementing, driving and developing a

successful NPD strategy

3+ years of experience in a similar operations or project

management role, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG

Experience of conceptualizing, developing and launching market

leading beauty and wellness products

Proven success creating category growth

Minimum 5 years' experience in brand / product management

Proven experience in beauty or wellbeing product development,

with a track record of successful launches.

Able to analyse and interrogate market research data, turning

insight into actionable projects

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with

strong attention to detail

Highly numerate with strong commercial awareness and financial acumen

Collaborative Leader with 5 years+ in a leadership role

Experience and understanding of beauty industry trends and

consumer behaviour
