As the Head of Omni Visual Experience you will lead the team responsible for securing consistent, impactful and engaging omni-channel experiences for our customers. You will deliver commercial strategies focussed on the continuous elevation of our collection presentation with the ambition to capture customer demand and ensure the channel experience is true to the Brand point of view. You will lead the team to balance business opportunities, architectural considerations physically and digitally, traffic flow, and the true intersection of art and science.



What you will do:



Strategy Development:

Lead the overall visual merchandising strategy to create compelling and inspiring channel environments that enhance customer experiences and drive sales.

Creative Execution:

Translate collection and marketing direction into impactful visual displays. Allow for innovative and new visual perspectives.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure strict adherence to Brand guidelines whilst supporting relevant localization and empowering teams to deliver high-quality commercial results.

Leadership and Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual growth and team success to reach set goals. .

Business Acumen:

Understands the retail landscape, makes resourceful decisions, and balances priorities with a focus on sustainable results.

Dedication to Excellence:

Visual Merchandising:

Able to create visually appealing product displays which can be translated across channels to deliver a consistent customer view of the collection, based on seasonality, key campaigns and moments and commercial categories.

Customer Centric:

Keeps a pulse on customer needs, industry trends and best practices to ensure COS can deliver exceptional experiences and drive business outcomes .

Collaboration:

Enables commercial success by facilitating cross functional alignment around business priorities driving better decision making, faster problem solving and more innovative outcomes. Leverages diverse perspectives, builds trust and fosters a positive and productive working environment. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

This is a Full time Permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
