Head of Operations

to join our fast-growing

Premier Education

franchise team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of children's physical education and wraparound care across local schools and communities.

Premier Education is the UK's No.1 provider of sport and physical activity to primary schools. Our franchise is proud to deliver high-quality PE, holiday camps, and wraparound care to hundreds of children every week, helping them stay active, healthy, and happy.

With an ambitious growth plan, we're seeking a results-driven and people-focused Head of Operations to oversee and scale our delivery, staff performance, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of school and community-based programmes Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of coaches and delivery staff Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders Drive high standards of quality, safeguarding, and compliance Manage budgets, performance data, and operational KPIs Innovate and implement new processes to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Work alongside the senior leadership team to deliver on strategic goals and targets

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational or educational setting Strong organisational and time management skills A people leader who can inspire, coach, and manage performance effectively A background in sport, education, or childcare is highly desirable Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
