Our journey




Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar, and Dr Oskar Wenbar after realising that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focused on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has since expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as a

Head of Operations

to optimise performance across departments, improve team collaboration, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of medications to every customer.



You will report to the CEO and collaborate with a team of dedicated leads across warehouse operations, customer service, and pharmacy.

As a Head of Head of Operations at Evaro, you will:



Shape and execute cross-functional process strategies across our warehouse, pharmacy, and customer service operations. Collaborate with team leads to uncover bottlenecks and enhance operational flow. Coach leaders to elevate team performance and capacity, with a sharp focus on achieving same-day medication dispatch. Drive performance reviews, analyse output, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that scale with impact.

About you:



You have a solid background in operations, consulting, or warehouse/logistics environments. You're confident working with data - comfortable using dashboards to uncover insights and drive decisions. You're a natural team leader and coach, skilled at improving collaboration across departments. You understand compliance and risk, especially in regulated environments like healthcare You think strategically and know how to support and empower on-the-ground teams to execute effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environment Significant advantage if you've worked with high-growth teams, such as scaling from 50 to 200 team members over a 2-4 year period.
