About the role

We're seeking a Head of Operations to lead our warehouse and logistics function end-to-end--covering intake, triage, testing/grading, stock management, sales dispatch and H&S--while upholding robust data security and compliance. You'll enable reliable, efficient operations that support our reuse mission and great client service.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations from intake to dispatch Oversee logistics for collections and deliveries Ensure compliance with UK GDPR/data destruction standards; maintain auditable records (e.g. alignment to ISO/ADISA/Cyber Essentials frameworks) Implement and improve SOPs, quality assurance and continuous improvement Own stock control, inventory accuracy and timely reporting to the COO Meet SLAs; act as an operational contact for client queries and projects Line-manage and develop the warehouse/logistics team Lead on health & safety and a clean, safe working environment

Requirements

Proven operations leadership in warehousing/logistics/tech refurbishment or ITAD Strong grasp of data destruction, compliance and auditability Demonstrable process improvement experience and KPI/reporting literacy Team leadership: coaching, rota planning, performance feedback Confident communicator, stakeholder-friendly, mission-driven

Desirable

Experience in circular economy/IT reuse Familiarity with QA frameworks and ISO standards Competence with CRM/stock systems
