Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and detail-focused Head of Operations to oversee and enhance project delivery within our Web Division. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you'll be joining ICL at a key point of growth and transformation. Your role will be critical in driving operational excellence, refining internal systems, and building lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Web Division, overseeing full project lifecycles, resource allocation, and budget management. Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction, aligned with our 'Magic Process' SoP. Manage, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of designers, project managers, developers, digital marketers, and support personnel. Track project delivery, timelines, and performance metrics, proactively addressing any risks or blockers. Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and ongoing improvement across all operational functions.

About You

Demonstrated success in a senior operations or delivery leadership role within a digital agency or tech-driven environment. Solid understanding of web development workflows and technologies (such as WordPress and Laravel). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, client-centric setting. Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail. Commercially astute, with a focus on fostering repeat business and scalable growth.
