Embrace Innovation | We lead with cutting-edge digital health technologies.Join us as a Head of Ops Excellence to optimise performance across departments, improve team collaboration, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of medications to every customer.You will report to the CEO and collaborate with a team of dedicated leads across warehouse operations, customer service, and pharmacy.As a Head of Ops Excellence at Evaro, you will:

  • Shape and execute cross-functional process strategies across our warehouse, pharmacy, and customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with team leads to uncover bottlenecks and enhance operational flow.
  • Coach leaders to elevate team performance and capacity, with a sharp focus on achieving same-day medication dispatch.
  • Drive performance reviews, analyse output, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that scale with impact.
About you:
  • You have a solid background in operations, consulting, or warehouse/logistics environments.
  • You're confident working with data - comfortable using dashboards to uncover insights and drive decisions.
